"Belio, being a port town, is verdant beyond belief for the inlanders in our crew. Clean cobbles and pavement replace dirty and dusty streets. Thinly walled buildings, often made of wood, and with many windows and breeze-ways, crowd the streets. Vines and flowers are abundant throughout the city. Wide boulevards lined with trees meander through the hilly terrain. Fountains gush continuously with a display of water wealth that borders on the obscene."

I was listening to some hybrid tango one day and decided that I needed to do that. It was a ton of fun to pull beats from various libraries I've collected and twist them to tango rhythms. My mental conception of Belio ended up settling on something like the Greek town of Santorini. It is, of course, not Santorini, but they have a similar aesthetic.
